Can I cancel anytime?
Yes, the platform provides a quick and easy way to cancel your account, whether on the monthly or yearly plan.
Will Said System work with my accounting software?
Yes, Said System is integrated with QuickBooks Online (QBO). Additionally, there is a comprehensive export feature. This feature allows you to select a date range then select all relevant data you’d like exported, this then exports as a csv file. This file is a common file which can be imported into your accounting software of choice.
If I have questions, how can I contact customer support?
Owners and managers can send tickets to our customer relations team. Our team are ready and waiting and will aim to send fast ticket responses. Currently we do not offer telephone support, but in 2025 this will change as we plan to to do.
How secure are Said System servers?
We use the comprehensively secure AWS servers, with additional security features added. We also use Cloudflare and Twilio for secure email distribution.
Does Said System maintain credit card information?
We do not store credit card information whether Said System clients or your clients if you’re using the POS feature. All credit card information is stored by the integrated 3rd party payment gateways; these include Stripe, Authorize and PayPal.
Can I import my data like clients and inventory?
Yes we have a system set up where you can easily import your client data, inventory details, employees and location data.
